The role involves setting the design vision and direction for product experiences, bringing concepts to life through high-fidelity visuals, motion, and prototypes, while defining and driving the end-to-end design strategy across all phases of the design cycle. Responsibilities also include influencing senior leadership and diverse stakeholders through compelling storytelling to shape product direction and mentoring other designers to elevate craft and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Set design vision and direction for product experiences, bringing concepts to life through high-fidelity visuals, motion, videos, physical and interaction prototyping
  • Define and drive the end-to-end design strategy across all phases of the design cycle
  • Influence senior leadership and diverse stakeholders, communicating design strategy through compelling storytelling
  • Thrive in deep ambiguity, framing problem spaces, generating divergent concepts, and identifying the most compelling ideas worth deeper exploration and organizational investment
  • Mentor and elevate the skills and output of other designers, raising the bar for craft, process, and strategic thinking across the team

Requirements

  • 10+ years of design experience
  • Available online portfolio
  • Experience in life cycle design projects from design strategy through execution
