Product Designer, Principal Associate Level

The Product Designer will combine deep expertise in product design across interaction, visual, and service design to elevate the design practice and co-create innovative solutions for complex problems. This involves championing the customer through the design process by leveraging critical thinking, data, research insights, and understanding technical constraints.
Responsibilities
- Combine craft expertise with understanding of customers and business to co-create innovative solutions
- Leverage deep expertise in product design and skills across interaction, visual, and service design
- Champion the customer through the design process, leveraging critical-thinking skills
- Understand and apply business and customer strategy, facilitating design process activities with team and partners
- Actively build an understanding of the potential of tech and data capabilities and emerging technologies
- Foster relationships with partners and continuously expand network, listening to diverse points of view and collaborating with an informed perspective
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 3 years of experience with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating process, results, and impact
