Product Designer, Senior Associate Level

As a Product Designer, you will combine your craft expertise with an understanding of customers and the business to co-create innovative solutions for complex problems. This involves leveraging design expertise across interaction, visual, and service design to elevate the quality of design practice.
Responsibilities
- Combine craft expertise with an understanding of customers and the business to co-create innovative solutions to complex problems
- Use data, research insights and creative problem-solving to support customer-centered design decisions across projects
- Understand product, processes and partner goals to recognize and bridge gaps between customer-centered solutions and business needs
- Work with teams to create artifacts that may include journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs and prototypes
- Present work to diverse audiences using a human-centered approach, incorporating meaningful evidence and effectively articulating decisions
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 2 years of experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Basic Qualifications: Strong portfolio demonstrating process, results, and impact
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with an established design system, collaborating with product, tech and business partners, and working in heavily regulated, data heavy problem space
