• Present and persuasively communicate design rationale to internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital solutions
• Utilize component-based design systems, determining when to follow existing patterns or break constraints
• Identify and address user pain points to improve usability and overall product performance
• Participate in a culture of critique, collaboration, and honest reflection

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Design (Digital Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction) or a related field
• Over 5 years of experience specifically in design for digital mediums
• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating creative work across multiple projects, with a focus on interface or screen-based experiences
• Visual Design and experience expertise from initial concept development through product launch
