Senior Product Designer (Student Loans) - Canada

The Senior Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design for private student loan and refinance experiences, focusing on creating user journeys that increase engagement and trust across various platforms. This role involves driving experimentation across marketing funnels and defining research strategies to inform product decisions at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for private student loan and refinance experiences
- Drive experimentation across high-intent marketing funnels to uncover new growth opportunities and optimize performance
- Define and execute research strategies to uncover insights and inform product decisions
- Partner with Product to translate strategy and OKRs into clear design problems and hypotheses
- Design clear, compliant financial workflows that balance regulation with usability
Requirements
- 5+ years designing consumer-facing digital products
- Experience designing fintech or regulated product experiences
- Proven ability to independently lead research, experimentation, and end-to-end design
- Expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of UX for high-intent acquisition funnels and conversion optimization
