Product Designer (m/w)

The Product Designer will take ownership of design tasks from wireframes through implementation, ensuring consistency by collaborating with the Design System team and iteratively improving designs using Lean UX principles based on feedback and data. Responsibilities also include conducting user research and usability tests, analyzing event tracking data, and aligning design goals with business objectives through close collaboration with product managers and developers.
Responsibilities
- Take on design tasks from wireframes to implementation
- Collaborate with senior designers, product managers, and engineers
- Use Lean UX principles to improve design through feedback and data
- Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions
- Communicate design ideas and insights to stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a product designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing design solutions and their impact
- Experience with Lean UX methods and agile development processes
- Knowledge of design systems and their application
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
- Experience with usability testing and analysis
