UX Researcher (Blockchain Foundation)

The role involves supporting senior team members by handling client-related logistics, follow-up coordination, and internal business operations, while gradually building knowledge of institutional sales processes and capital markets. Responsibilities include supporting business development activities, preparing meeting materials, assisting with client onboarding logistics, and coordinating between internal teams to support client requests.

Responsibilities

• Support business development activities, including client meeting coordination and follow-up
• Prepare meeting materials, meeting notes, and internal summaries for senior stakeholders
• Assist in managing client onboarding logistics and post-meeting matters
• Coordinate with internal teams to support client requests
• Track business development pipeline, CRM updates, and key operational workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, or a related field
• Interest in financial markets, digital assets, or blockchain technology
• Clear communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
• Attention to detail, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
