UX/ UI Designer ( Middle-Senior)

The designer will create polished, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications, developing necessary artifacts like wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma. They will also conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve user experience flows.
Responsibilities
- Create polished, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma (and similar tools)
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to continuously improve UX flows
- Work closely with PMs and developers to ensure smooth handoff and pixel-perfect implementation
- Maintain and evolve design systems and reusable UI components
- Stay current on UI/UX trends, AI-driven design practices, and modern product patterns
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects
- Advanced proficiency in modern design tools — Figma (primary) and/or Sketch
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility best practices
- Strong grasp of responsive and adaptive design patterns
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate smoothly with product and engineering teams
