Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of creating and finalizing static ads across campaigns
  • Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused ad copy to accompany designs
  • Analyze the performance of visual and textual content across platforms
  • Conduct A/B tests on visuals, layouts, and copy combinations
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance creative quality

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer
  • Strong portfolio showcasing static ads and experience working with DTC brands
  • Deep understanding of direct-response design and messaging
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Confident in using AI tools for design and copywriting
  • Data-driven mindset and skilled at analyzing ad performance data
