Senior UX Product Designer
Emma – The Sleep Company Remote (🇩🇪 Frankfurt, Hesse, Germany)
The role involves driving discovery, design, and delivery for internal operational tools, focusing on complex workflows, system interactions, and contributing to roadmap decisions by balancing vision with user needs. You will also own engaging with internal users for validation, ensuring high-quality implementation with engineering, and mentoring other designers.
Responsibilities
- Work within product teams alongside Product Managers and developers to drive discovery, design, and delivery for internal products
- Actively shape problem spaces and solution directions together with Product and Engineering
- Contribute to roadmap decisions by balancing company vision and business objectives with internal user needs
Requirements
- Experience working in and helping steer product teams focused on internal digital products
- Experience designing, building, and shipping end-to-end user flows for internal tools
- Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Experience owning user research and validation yourself
- Strong interaction design skills and visual design skills
