UX Designer

The UX Designer will work within a product team to design the complete travel experience for customers, including driving sales for ancillary products like baggage and seating. This role involves managing the entire UX process from discovery and research through to prototyping and validation to balance customer support with business growth.
Responsibilities
- Work as a UX designer in one of our product teams
- Design the travel experience for our customers before, during and after their trip
- Drive the sales of additional products like baggage and seating
- Work in all parts of the UX process, from problem discovery to validation
- Meet with customers, observe their needs and translate the insights into actions
Requirements
- A few years of proven UX design experience within the e-commerce sector
- Relevant training in UX, HCI, cognitive science or a similar field
- Experience working in all steps of the UX process
- Experienced in presenting and communicating design decisions and tradeoffs to stakeholders
- Proficiency with Figma and working with component-based libraries and design systems
- Experience working with agile methods in cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- A strong portfolio showcasing past work in all phases of the UX process
