Senior UX Designer, Agency Tooling, Global Business Applied AI

The role involves designing AI-first experiences for Agency tooling, defining the design language, and advocating for UX-led processes across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include driving end-to-end execution from concept to final specification and partnering with Product Management and Engineering to deliver design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design AI-first experiences with a high bar for craft, defining the design language and ensuring functional excellence for Agency tooling
- Advocate UX-led processes, including design sprints, critiques, and reviews, for cross-functional peers and stakeholders
- Drive end-to-end execution from initial concept to final spec delivery, employing skills from wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping
- Partner with Product Manager, Engineering, and various UX disciplines to find design solutions for business and technical requirements
- Communicate designs to stakeholders with strong rationale and collaborate with engineers to ensure implementation meets exact specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design
- Experience with project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization (preferred)
- 2 years of experience leading design projects (preferred)
