Senior Product Designer

This role involves leading complex design initiatives across PC Financial mobile and web platforms, partnering with other designers, product owners, and tech leads focused on digital banking experiences. Responsibilities include overseeing research, translating findings into actionable strategies, and developing user-centered solutions through iterative design processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights about user behaviors, pain points, and motivations
- Translate findings into actionable design strategies
- Develop journey maps and scenario descriptions to inform design strategy
- Employ a human-centered, iterative design-thinking process
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs and define interaction patterns
- Lead the cleanup and evolution of multiple design systems
- Conduct audits to identify gaps and recommend improvements
- Partner with digital product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers
- Present and advocate for design strategies
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in product design
- Deep expertise in design thinking methodologies
- Strong UX and UI design skills
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, JIRA, and Confluence
- Experience conducting UX research and analyzing user data
- Well-versed in Human-centric design methodology
- Proven ability to create, maintain, and evolve design systems
