Lead UX Designer

The Lead UX Designer guides sprints and releases for the digital design system, supports UX research, and sets the tone for brand strategy while mentoring other designers. They act as the primary liaison between UX management and the design practice, ensuring alignment with business objectives through close collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• User Interface Design: Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that meet our UX and product strategy requirements
• Create wireframes and prototypes according to product needs
• Ability to create layouts with a design system
• Provide insights and incorporate user research into interface designs
• Determine and create user flows through software products
• Utilize responsive and atomic design to create scalable interfaces
• Adopt user experience best practices to create modern and familiar interaction design

Requirements

• Master’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
• 5 – 7 years’ work-related experience
• 3-4 years’ experience leading & influencing people
