The Senior Product Designer will own the full design lifecycle, from user research and problem framing through high-fidelity UI and production-ready specifications, across both consumer and developer products. This role also involves shaping and scaling design systems to ensure coherence across the expanding product surface.
Responsibilities
- Own the full design lifecycle — from user research and problem framing to interaction design, high-fidelity UI, and production-ready specs
- Prototype early and often
- Shape and scale design systems so that new products launch with coherence and existing ones evolve gracefully
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to align on priorities, scope tradeoffs, and ship with quality at speed
- Advocate for users by grounding decisions in research, data, and a genuine curiosity about how people interact with blockchain-powered products
Requirements
- 5–8 years of product design experience
- Portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end ownership of shipped products
- Fluency in Figma including component architecture, auto-layout, and variables for design system work
- Strong prototyping instincts
- Experience contributing to or building design systems that serve multiple product surfaces
