- Work with product hypotheses and build plans to test them, using user research methods and interface solutions
- Develop design concepts and effectively present them to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Transform user needs and product requirements into interface solutions
- Ensure consistency and scalability of interfaces
- Organize and participate in design and product workshops
- Analyze, clarify, and take into account technical requirements when building interfaces
- Report on design progress
Requirements
- Upper Intermediate English language level
- At least 2+ years of commercial experience as a UX/UI designer
- Deep understanding of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and best practices
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to transform user needs and product requirements into interface solutions
- Experience developing low- and high-fidelity prototypes, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience creating responsive web and mobile design
- Deep knowledge of web and mobile design patterns, as well as iOS and Android guidelines
- Experience working with Figma, including using and creating libraries, components, variants, and auto layouts
