Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will lead design initiatives for complex, technical features across major product domains, defining end-to-end user flows and interface specifications. They will translate business requirements into elegant product design solutions, operating with high autonomy and mentoring other designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives for complex, technical features across one or more major product domains
• Translate business requirements and technological concepts to elegant product design solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX researchers, product managers, and engineers
• Collaborate with UX researchers to plan and execute user research activities
• Work closely with engineering teams to influence technical implementation and ensure designs are scalable, feasible, and optimized for performance

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of professional experience designing complex systems or products
• Educational background in computer science is preferred
• A top-notch portfolio that illustrates how you solve complex problems for technical and business users
• Familiarity with qualitative research methods, and ability to design evidence-based solutions
• Familiarity with accessibility principles and an understanding of WCAG 2 standards for UX/product design
