Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences, delivering clear and intuitive solutions across digital products
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design frameworks that communicate ideas effectively
- Partner closely with product, engineering, research, and marketing teams to align design solutions with user needs and business goals
- Apply systems thinking to ensure consistency and scalability across product experiences
- Contribute to and help evolve design systems and shared design patterns
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design
- Advanced English level (written and spoken) with strong presentation and communication skills
- A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, structured problem-solving, and clear design rationale
- Expertise in UX methodologies, including journey mapping, flow design, and interaction patterns
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) with strong attention to visual and interaction details
