Senior Product Designer
Medtrainer Remote (🇲🇽 Querétaro, Municipio de Querétaro, Mexico)
The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for designing end-to-end user flows, information architecture, and creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to validate user experiences. This role also involves establishing UX patterns and contributing to the enhancement of the company's design system.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user flows and information architecture
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to define and validate user experiences
- Establish and evolve UX patterns; present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective, scalable product solutions
- Contribute to and enhance the company's design system by defining component behaviors and usage guidelines
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or User Experience Designer
- Demonstrated expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Strong expertise in user research, interaction design, and UX writing
- Solid understanding of visual communication and user-centered design principles
