The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process for a foundational product, setting vision, influencing product direction, and focusing on interaction design, workflows, and overall UI quality. Key tasks include partnering with cross-functional teams, designing scalable solutions, and translating emerging AI capabilities into practical, usable product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders across the design process and product development lifecycle
- Design and support delivery of thoughtful and scalable solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
- Work hands-on to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical product experiences, shaping flows, interactions, and UI that make complex behaviour understandable and usable
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams during discovery and delivery to explore solutions, test assumptions, and iterate toward outcomes that genuinely help customers
- Advocate for users by identifying opportunities to simplify complexity and influence product decisions with a user-centered mindset
Requirements
- 6+ years experience in product design, UX, or interaction design (digital, SaaS, or platform products)
- Strong experience designing complex workflows and systems-driven products
- Proven ability to lead design work independently and deliver impact in ambiguous problem spaces
- Excellent skills across interaction design, UX, and visual design
- Strong product thinking — able to balance user needs, business outcomes, and technical constraints
- Confidence working from problem definition through to polished execution
