Design human-centered AI experiences for Prime members, focusing on end-to-end customer journeys through agentic UI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex AI capabilities into clear, usable, and elegant AI-powered experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design AI interfaces β including conversational UI, voice, and recommendation systems β in close partnership with engineering teams building and leveraging AI models
- Apply rapid prototyping approaches, including code-based and AI-assisted methods, to accelerate concept exploration and validation
- Design end-to-end Prime AI features and customer journeys, from discovery through launch, iteration, and scale
- Translate AI capabilities into intuitive conversational design patterns that build user confidence and trust
- Make Prime benefits more accessible and personalized through AI-assisted experiences
Requirements
- 4+ years of design experience
- 3+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience
- Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience designing interaction patterns for generative interfaces and a proven ability to leverage AI-driven workflows and models to design, prototype, and refine intelligent product features
