Conduct user research, translate insights into design artifacts like user journeys and wireframes, and collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure accurate implementation. Advocate for the user and maintain design systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs and behaviors
- Translate research insights into user journeys, personas, wireframes, and prototypes
- Design intuitive user flows and interactions for web and/or mobile products
- Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing results, and data
Requirements
- B.E./M.Tech in ECE, CSE, or equivalent
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Ability to conduct and analyze user research and usability testing
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
