UX Designer

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience based on business and client needs. Responsibilities include managing UX workflows such as research, ideation, wireframing, usability testing, and reviewing developer work.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Analysts, Developers and Customer Success to understand the business and clients and define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and efficiency in design implementation across various products and platforms
- Advocate for user-centered design decisions during project discussions
- Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously iterate and improve upon existing designs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and actively contribute to the evolution of our design processes and best practices
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI product design
- Proven qualification in UX/UI/Graphics design or similar degree or courses
- Proficiency and proven experience with Figma
- Demonstrated experience for taking a design project from end-to-end
- Ability to be flexible in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and change in priorities when needed
- Must speak and write fluent English as you will be working with UX and development teams in the US
