Senior Product Designer (Sports) - 1 year Fixed Term Contract

The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design for critical Sports user journeys, translating complex logic and regulatory requirements into intuitive solutions while partnering with Product and Engineering teams. This role involves supporting other designers, standardizing design review practices, and driving workflow optimization initiatives across internal systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for our most critical Sports user journeys
- Translate complex business logic, regulatory requirements, and operational workflows into intuitive design solutions
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define scalable system behaviourās and reusable design patterns
- Collaborate with different teams/stakeholders to align design solutions with business needs
- Support other designers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a collaborative design culture
- Improve and standardize design review practices & encouraging feedback across backend tools to reduce rework, improve scalability and quality
- Drive workflow optimization initiatives by identifying friction points, inefficiencies, and usability gaps in internal systems
- Drive simplification of fragmented workflows and legacy systems
- Research to identify/validate colleague pain points, usability challenges, and workflow bottlenecks
- Conduct usability testing for internal tools (moderated/un-moderated), focusing on task completion, efficiency, and error reduction
Requirements
- Experienced in User Centred Design
- Well versed in Interaction Design
- Advanced in Information Architecture
- Advanced knowledge in Visual Design
- Experienced in Wireframing
- Well-versed in Accessibility & Inclusive Design
- Proficiency with Usability Testing
