UI/UX Designer

The UI Designer will create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, collaborating with stakeholders to design user-centric solutions. Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating design artifacts like wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring design consistency across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly
- Conduct user research, create user personas, and define user flows to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered designs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and iterate based on feedback
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms by adhering to design guidelines and best practices
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine and improve designs
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance the user experience
- Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to team members and stakeholders
- Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience with creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced environment
