The role involves contributing to the design, evolution, and governance of the company’s Design System, which includes building and maintaining a scalable component library, tokens, patterns, and documentation. A key focus is collaborating with engineers and leveraging AI tools to accelerate design exploration and generate scalable product interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, evolution, and governance of the company’s Design System
• Build and maintain a scalable component library including tokens, components, patterns, and documentation
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure accurate and scalable implementation of design components
• Define and maintain design tokens, interaction patterns, layout principles, and accessibility guidelines
• Create clear documentation, usage guidelines, and best practices for designers and engineers

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or similar roles
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience contributing to or building a Design System or component library
• A strong portfolio demonstrating design system work, including reusable components, tokens, patterns, or system documentation
• Strong proficiency with Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, libraries, tokens) or equivalent tools
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate design workflows, prototyping, or vibe coding
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with frontend engineers
