Graphic Designer

The role involves developing and executing visually compelling print graphics such as flyers, posters, and menus, alongside creating engaging multimedia content including interactive media and promotional videos. Responsibilities also include managing projects through all production stages and ensuring all promotional assets across campus are current.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visually compelling print graphics including flyers, posters, brochures, business cards, menus
• Create cutting-edge, engaging multimedia content, including interactive media and promotional videos
• Manage projects across all stages of production: pre-production, production and execution
• Work closely with marketing team and department managers to understand project requirements and translate objectives into effective design pieces
• Design and produce digital assets for websites, mobile apps, digital signage, landing pages, advertising campaigns, emails, presentations, and external marketing campaigns
• Control all promotional assets across campus, making sure all posted flyers and posters are constantly up to date

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, and other presentation or design tools
• Strong understanding of print and digital production processes
• Basic knowledge of video production, audio editing, and motion graphics
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving creative projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
