
The Senior Marketing Graphic Designer will collaborate with senior staff to design, write, and produce high-stakes proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand standards and supporting pipeline generation. This role also involves increasing visibility for strategic hubs through world-class design support and coordinating communications activities like website and social media updates.
Responsibilities
- Working with Principals, senior staff, and regional marketing team members to design, write, and produce proposals, presentations, award submissions, and other marketing collateral
- Owning design execution for a portfolio of high-stakes proposals, translating complex concepts into clean, brand-aligned visuals
- Increasing visibility of Costa Rica as a strategic delivery hub through world-class design support to local and regional studios
- Participating in and championing strategy and planning sessions
- Creating strong, innovative designs while adhering to brand guidelines and incorporating best-in-class design principles
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in Graphic Design or Marketing roles
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications or Marketing
- Proven experience in editorial design, with strong layout and storytelling skills
- Experience in architecture or urban design is a strong plus
- Agency-style profile, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients or shifting priorities
- Background in lifestyle or luxury brands is highly desirable
- Experience supporting complex teams or matrix structures is a plus
