Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will support corporate branding and marketing initiatives by producing high-quality visual materials such as signage, business cards, flyers, OMs, brochures, and digital assets for web and social media campaigns. This role involves collaborating across departments to ensure all materials align with company brand guidelines and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and maintaining branded materials
- Support the organization and maintenance of the company's digital asset library
- Design offering memorandums (OMs), brochures, proposals, and presentations
- Collaborate with marketing, brokerage, and research teams
- Develop digital assets for web, email, and social media campaigns
- Update visual content for the company website and other online platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of professional design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design work
- Basic understanding of print production processes and digital media standards
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
