This role involves co-leading the visual strategy alongside the Head of Marketing, focusing on evolving the brand's look and feel across all touchpoints and translating complex Data & AI concepts into compelling visual narratives for enterprise buyers. The designer will shape a design system from the ground up to ensure consistency across all assets, directly supporting revenue conversations.
Responsibilities
- Co-lead the visual strategy alongside the Head of Marketing
- Design the sales and product marketing assets that directly support revenue conversations
- Make sure every asset feels unmistakably Arkham
- Build the foundations for the team to scale
Requirements
- 3+ years of graphic design experience
- Strong command of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience designing for B2B or tech companies
- Systems thinker
- Strong visual storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive, ownership mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
