The designer will be responsible for creating intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, conducting UX research, developing prototypes, and building design systems. Additionally, the role involves designing high-quality marketing and brand communication assets such as one-pagers, case studies, and presentation decks.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications aligned with RADcube’s digital strategy
- Create wireframes, user flows, user journeys, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Conduct UX research including competitor analysis, usability testing, and user interviews
- Identify usability issues and improve end-to-end user experiences
- Develop interactive prototypes and collaborate closely with product managers and developers
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, visual design, or product design with a strong portfolio
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge or experience in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles and user-centered design methodologies
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
- Strong experience in visual design, layout design, and presentation design
