The role involves designing, testing, and improving in-house built applications and digitizing various processes for platforms like the ingwb.com website and the InsideBusiness Portal. The designer will collaborate with Customer Journey Experts and Engineers to deliver superior banking experiences for clients and internal users across more than 35 countries.
Responsibilities
- Design, test, and improve in-house built applications and digitize processes
- Work in a tech-driven environment in multidisciplinary teams to deliver a superior banking experience
- Maintain a helicopter-view of what is needed to deliver the best designs and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Collaborate with Customer Journey Experts and Engineers to deliver on customer promise
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years work experience as UX Designer, preferably in the financial service industry
- Specialty in interaction design, but also confident in other fields of UX design (visual design, user testing)
- Ability to understand the underlying issues, opportunities, and dynamics of an international organization
- Ability to display style flexibility, approach, and behavior for different needs, cultures, and situations
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Impressive portfolio with preferably financial cases
- Proficient in Figma
