The Senior UX Designer will define the direction, quality, and execution of communication experiences across various channels and products, elevating design standards for clarity, accessibility, and consistency. Responsibilities include leading design initiatives, owning the end-to-end design of complex product areas, and translating customer insights into scalable visual frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead design initiatives focused on communication across multiple channels
- Deliver high-fidelity interface prototypes
- Translate customer experience findings and system logic into communication patterns and visual frameworks that ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility
- Conduct advanced usability testing and mixed research, driving data-based improvements
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and writers to influence strategy, evolve design standards, and ensure implementation viability
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in UX, design of products or design of interaction
- Advanced knowledge of Figma, including creation of designs, high-fidelity components, prototypes, and contributions to design systems
- Solid skills in interaction design, usability heuristics, information architecture, and analysis of complex flows and journeys
- Experience leading the design of end-to-end workflows or multi-step processes, with a solid understanding of WCAG 2.1+ accessibility standards
- Fluent written and spoken English
