Senior UI/UX Designer

This senior individual-contributor role involves running end-to-end UX/UI design for complex digital platforms from discovery through delivery, utilizing Generative AI responsibly to accelerate tasks while maintaining high design quality. Responsibilities also include leading rapid prototype-based alignment sessions and mentoring teammates to standardize scalable ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery workshops to capture goals, constraints, stakeholder expectations, and reference inspirations
- Translate inputs into clear UX direction: key journeys, flows, IA/sitemap, and content structure
- Plan and conduct research: stakeholder interviews, competitor benchmarking, heuristic reviews, lightweight usability tests
- Drive rapid prototype-based alignment using AI-assisted prototyping workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design for complex digital products
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end work from discovery and research through flows, prototyping, UI design, and delivery support
- Proven ability to translate business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into practical and high-quality UX/UI solutions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
