Product Designer Senior (F/H)

The role involves leading internal and external workshops for co-design and requirements gathering, as well as creating user journeys and interface prototypes for new needs. Responsibilities also include conducting user testing and maintaining/evolving the Design System.

Responsibilities

• Animate workshops with internal and external stakeholders to co-design solutions
• Design and test features and flows that meet the needs of users
• Participate in the design and maintenance of design systems and guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business goals and technical constraints

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in product design, ideally on a SaaS solution and/or in B2B2B
• Curious and empathetic, with a strong understanding of user-centered design
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
• Ability to work in an agile environment with a strong focus on collaboration and autonomy
