Product Designer

The Product Designer will collaborate with the Design Lead to contribute to the design of the ecosystem, participating in workshops to integrate stakeholder input while balancing customer needs with business goals and technical constraints. Responsibilities include designing and testing features across card machines, back-office software, and online products, while also contributing to and maintaining design systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the relevant Design Lead to contribute to the design of our ecosystem
• Participate in workshops with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring relevant input is integrated into the design work
• Balance customer needs and usability with business goals and technical constraints
• Participate in planning and prioritizing your design work to ensure a balance between thoroughness and timely delivery
• Design and test features and flows that bridge the relationship between our merchants and their consumers

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience designing and delivering complex software products in cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding and practical application of end-to-end design processes
• Experienced in working with and contributing to design systems
• Curiosity-driven and adaptable, with a strong focus on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
