UI/UX Designer - AI-Native Healthcare SaaS | Zenara Health

The designer will own the entire visual and interaction layer across all Zenara products, including assessment, care/practice, and platform layers, by creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. They must rapidly explore and iterate designs using AI tools, define UX hypotheses, conduct user research with clinicians, and maintain the design system while ensuring accessibility and collaboration with engineering.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Design every screen, every interaction, every state
- AI-Native Design Workflows
- UX Experimentation and Data-Driven Iteration
- Design System and Component Library
- User Research and Usability Testing
- Clinical Workflow Design
- Accessibility and Responsive Design
- Collaboration with Product and Engineering
Requirements
- 4-8 years as UI/UX Designer for B2B SaaS or healthcare products
- Expert Figma skills
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate design thinking
- Ability to define UX hypotheses and evaluate feature adoption using quantitative signals
- Portfolio showing healthcare or complex enterprise product design
