Lead Product Designer (Web3 Creator Economy)

The role involves supporting business development activities by coordinating client meetings, preparing materials for senior stakeholders, and assisting with client onboarding logistics. The assistant will also coordinate internally between teams like Product, Legal, and Operations to support client requests and track the business development pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Support business development activities, including customer meeting coordination and follow-up
- Prepare meeting materials, meeting notes, and internal summaries for senior stakeholders
- Assist in managing client onboarding logistics and post-meeting tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, legal, operations) to support client requests
- Track business development pipeline, CRM updates, and key operational workflows
- Support general business operations, reporting, and ad-hoc projects
- Attend client meetings in Hong Kong as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, or a related field
- Interest in financial markets, digital assets, or blockchain technology
- Clear communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
- Attention to detail, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Willingness to attend client meetings and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior internship or project experience in the crypto field is a plus
- Basic understanding of capital markets, funds, or structured products
