
Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will take ownership of the app experience by leading the design vision, strategy, and execution for the Engagement stream, owning the end-to-end design process from exploration to polished delivery. This involves collaborating deeply with cross-functional partners, rapidly prototyping, testing, and iterating designs based on customer insights.
Responsibilities
- Be the design co-founder: Take ownership of the app experience by leading the design vision, strategy, and execution
- Lead end-to-end design: Own the process from exploration to polished delivery in the engagement steam
- Design with AI: Confident with using AI tools to expand the scope of the role when needed
- Collaborate deeply: Partner with engineers, product managers, and researchers to understand priorities, manage expectations, and balance short-term needs with long-term content vision
- Work in startup mode: Operate with speed, agility, and a bias for action, with deep understanding of responsiveness
- Champion customer insight: Regularly connect with users, conduct interviews, and gather feedback to ground design decisions in real-world needs
- Shape the design culture: Bring experience and craft to set a high bar for design quality, shaping the app to be simple, efficient, and enjoyable for internal communicators
- Design for AI: Bonus points for deep understanding of user journeys to design for an AI-native app experience
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience in B2B or B2B2C with a focus on mobile apps
- Strong visual, interaction, and UX design abilities
- Confidence in building interactive prototypes using vibe-coding tools
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers and experimenting with code when needed
- Thrives in environments where fast iteration, experimentation, and adaptability are the norm
- Skilled at uncovering and synthesizing user needs into elegant, impactful product experiences
- Comfortable making decisions, taking responsibility, and driving work forward with minimal oversight
