Video & Graphic Designer (AI-First)

This role involves owning the content creation workflow from concept to delivery, blending hands-on video production, generative AI media creation, and graphic design to scale high-performing media across various marketing initiatives. Key duties include planning, shooting, and editing video content, directing talent, utilizing AI tools to accelerate output, and designing supporting visual assets aligned with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content using professional camera and lighting setups
- Use AI tools to accelerate video production and blend AI-generated assets with traditional footage
- Design supporting visual assets including social graphics, ads, thumbnails, branding materials, and motion elements
- Own post-production workflows including editing, motion graphics, audio mixing, and color correction
- Optimize content for performance across TikTok, YouTube, Meta, and paid media channels
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of professional video production or multimedia design experience
- Hands-on camera operation and production experience
- Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience using or experimenting with generative AI media tools
- Solid graphic design fundamentals and portfolio demonstrating both video and visual design work
- Strong understanding of social-first video formats and platform optimization
