Junior Graphic Designer

The Junior Graphic Designer primarily supports Sales enablement by producing and updating client-facing materials like proposals and pitch decks within established templates, accounting for about 60% of the role. The remaining time is dedicated to assisting with marketing assets such as social media graphics, emails, and collateral under the guidance of the Senior Graphic Designer.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and maintenance of high-quality, client-facing sales materials by working within established templates and brand systems
• Format, design, and update sales proposals, pitch decks, and presentation materials
• Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations and Microsoft Word documents used in sales and client communications
• Apply approved brand standards to improve layout, visual hierarchy, clarity, and readability
• Customize existing templates and decks for specific prospects, clients, and business use cases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house or agency environment
• Experience supporting Sales presentations, marketing materials, or client-facing content preferred
