Product Designer II, Digital Experience

The Product Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually engaging, and highly functional user experiences across in-house products, focusing on enhancing the customer-facing portal and optimizing flows for clarity and conversion. This involves creating design assets, partnering with cross-functional teams, and serving as a design thought partner for product development.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually consistent user interfaces for Resurgent's digital products
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Partner with Digital Strategy, Business Solutions, and Operations to design end-to-end user flows
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in UI/UX or Product Design
- 3-5 years of experience in Figma required
- A portfolio showcasing strong visual design, thoughtful interaction patterns, and end-to-end design rationale
- Demonstrated ability to create experiences that are clean, accessible, and optimized for conversion and usability
