The Senior UX Designer will provide senior-level design expertise for the Investcentre platform, helping to lead the strategic planning of design initiatives and shaping the overall design strategy. They must remain hands-on in design daily, contributing extensively to design guidelines and component libraries while advocating for UX across the business.
Responsibilities
- Help lead the strategic planning of design initiatives
- Play a key role in shaping the overall design strategy
- Create seamless user experiences across desktop and mobile
- Design and maintain components in a Figma library
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Make informed and strategic decisions in the design process
- Conduct comprehensive usability testing processes
- Communicate design ideas and rationales clearly and persuasively
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a UX role
- Expert in prototyping software (Figma)
- Deep understanding of user psychology

- Experience in guiding other members of the team
