Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be the creative lead, responsible for transforming complex ideas into high-performing visuals across various touchpoints like marketing campaigns, social media, and sales decks. Key duties include designing impactful assets, owning and evolving the company's visual identity, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to maximize performance.
Responsibilities
- Design high-impact assets across ads, landing pages, campaigns, and sales materials that drive measurable results
- Own and evolve the company’s visual identity, ensuring it’s distinctive, cohesive, and future-ready across all markets
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and employer branding teams to align visuals with strategic goals and maximize performance
- Translate brand strategy and data insights into creative visuals that engage and convert audiences
- Operate with speed and precision — testing, iterating, and refining designs based on feedback and performance metrics
- Create visually compelling materials for internal events, investor decks, and product presentations
- Stay ahead of creative and digital trends to continuously elevate design quality and impact
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial design that drives performance
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect design execution to broader marketing goals
- Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality
- Strong collaborator who can communicate effectively with marketers, copywriters, and leadership
- Data-driven creative who balances aesthetic excellence with conversion-focused design
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
