
The specialist will take full ownership of the brand system, driving its strategic evolution and ensuring consistent application across all touchpoints, while conceptualizing graphics materials like brochures, presentations, and web graphics. Responsibilities also include proofing promotional materials, providing outputs to production, and identifying opportunities to improve internal processes for efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize graphics materials such as brochures, flyers, surveys, presentations, web graphics, and communicate progress with stakeholders throughout the project
- Help to create layouts with desktop publishing software and merge with applicable copy involving brochures, applications, inserts, advertisements, reports, and posters
- Proof promotional materials at various stages of the approval and printing process to ensure that specifications and standards are met
- Provide approved outputs to production for printing to maintain consistency of finished products
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Impart constructive feedback to team members educating them on best practices and job knowledge
- Plan content, graphic aspects, and presentation of material, product, or service
- Follow workflow process on all design projects to ensure consistency of design
- Use deep technical and design expertise to engage clients in discussions about branding, design principles, and timelines
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills across different mediums
- 3+ years of brand design experience at an agency, in-house, or both
- Language Requirements: Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong understanding of brand design fundamentals and a set of complementary skills across illustration, art direction, video, and more
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across marketing and the wider organization
