The intern will collaborate with the Content Designer to conceptualize and produce high-quality promotional and internal materials, ensuring adherence to Bayer's brand identity for both print and web formats. Responsibilities also include updating and publishing engaging content on local websites to improve user experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Content Designer to conceptualize, develop, and produce high-quality promotional and internal materials (e.g., newsletters, brochures, flyers, posters, slide presentations, print ads, event banners) from brief to design, ensuring adherence to Bayer's brand and corporate identity for both print and web formats
- Proof and test assets across devices before release to ensure optimal performance
- Update and publish engaging content on local websites to enhance user experience
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related field (e.g., Communication Design, User Experience Design)
- Excellent skills in Adobe Design Suite, specially: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier
- Fluent in English and Italian is mandatory
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong creativity and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Strong UX skills and understanding of user experience principles
- Detail-oriented with the ability to proof and compare assets effectively
- Understanding of AI for content creation
- Strong collaboration skills and a proven team player
- Familiarity with SEO and web design is a plus
