The UI Designer will conduct UI reviews to elevate design standards, partner with internal stakeholders to translate user needs into design solutions, and design intuitive interfaces for new and existing applications using modern UX tools like Figma. They will also work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation and maintain the design system.
Responsibilities
- Conduct UI reviews and help elevate design standards by promoting best practices and providing peer feedback
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including researchers, developers, and operations teams, to gather requirements and translate user needs into thoughtful design solutions
- Design clean, intuitive interfaces for both existing and new applications using modern UX tools such as Figma
- Work hand-in-hand with development teams to ensure accurate and seamless implementation of design specifications
- Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in our internal tool suite
- Maintain and evolve our design system in Figma, ensuring consistency and scalability across products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Solid background in UI design, supported by a diverse and polished portfolio
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including hands-on experience with design systems and component libraries
- Skilled in using UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and similar platforms
- Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret user feedback and data to inform design choices
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in planning and conducting usability tests
- Familiarity with frontend languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, but not mandatory
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
