Junior Graphic Designer

The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for the creative output of Intrepid Indonesia, ensuring design standards and brand integrity are maintained through effective management of the design team. Key duties include assisting in designing digital assets like banners and social media posts, collaborating with senior designers, and updating existing designs based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing digital assets such as banners, ads, social media post
• Collaborate with senior designers to ensure creative consistency across all designs
• Adapt and update existing designs based on feedback and brand guidelines
• Help maintain a visual library for the brands you work with, ensuring organized files and updated assets
• Support the team with the idea creation of design assets
• Stay updated with design trends and e-commerce design standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD - After Effect is a plus)
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and their design needs
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and feedback
