Junior UI/UX Designer (Wisey)

Key tasks include designing screens for funnels, quizzes, and paywall screens, and working on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experiments such as modals, pop-ups, and promo blocks. Responsibilities also cover improving visual consistency, supporting the design system, preparing designs for development (handoff, specs, UI QA), and analyzing competitors.

Responsibilities

• Designing screens for funnels, quizzes, and paywall screens
• Working on CRO experiments: modal windows, pop-ups, promo blocks
• Improving the visual quality and consistency of web interfaces
• Maintaining and developing the design system
• Preparing design for development: handoff, technical specifications, UI QA
• Analyzing competitors and market for best UX/UI solutions
• Adapting and localizing design materials for different markets

Requirements

• At least 1 year of commercial experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, variables, components, design systems)
• Experience or interest in AI tools for image generation
• Strong UI taste: ability to design interfaces that are convenient, understandable, and visually appealing
• Basic understanding of user research, product and business metrics
