Senior Product Designer, Sports Betting

Responsibilities

• End-to-end design for key features, from concept to delivery
• Deliver high-quality user flows, concepts, prototypes, and design documentation
• Facilitate design workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product direction
• Mentor junior designers and review work to ensure quality
• Balance user needs with business goals in all design decisions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or UX design, including mentoring experience
• Strong experience designing complex B2C digital products with a mobile-first mindset
• Expert knowledge of Figma, including advanced component systems, auto-layout, and design libraries
• Strong skills in UX architecture, interaction design, and UI design
• Experience designing cross-platform products, including native iOS, native Android, mobile web, and desktop web
• Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
